Run by Julie and Aurélien Cousseau , this unique place combines passion, hospitality and know-how: a former farmhouse carefully renovated , it now offers a collection of welcoming and comfortable cottages , friendly common areas and a multitude of facilities ( swimming pool, playground, ... ) to fully enjoy your stay in Vendée.

The Domaine du Logis de Concise:

Le Logis de Concise is an estate of 5 gîtes located on a tastefully restored old farm, in the immediate vicinity of the Vendée bocage.

Whether you are planning a family weekend, a stay with friends, a reunion of cousins, or even a relaxing professional seminar, the Logis de Concise is the ideal destination to combine conviviality and tranquility in a green and rejuvenating setting.

Facilities and Services:

Common room of 100 m² : ideal for family meals, parties or seminars, equipped with a professional kitchen , a bar with beer tap, a sound and light system, and a convivial space to share special moments.

Heated indoor swimming pool : 30 m² of wellness space usable all year round, perfect for relaxing after a day full of discoveries.

Activity barn and games area : for lively afternoons with shuffleboard, molky or bike rides (bikes available for loan).

Green outdoor spaces : to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Vendée countryside, nature walks or moments of relaxation outdoors.

The entire estate can be rented , with up to 30 beds, for private or professional events in a unique and welcoming setting.

Le Logis de Concise offers 5 comfortable and independent cottages , each designed to offer privacy, space and tranquility:

La Maisonnette: A cottage of approximately 56 m² , ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people , with well-designed living spaces and modern comforts.

Le Grand Logis: The most spacious of the cottages (112 m²) able to accommodate up to 12 people , perfect for large families or gatherings with friends, with comfortable bedrooms and a warm atmosphere.

Le Palefrenier: A cozy 39 m² cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people , in the heart of the bocage, perfect for a relaxing nature stay.

La Borderie: A 36 m² cottage for 4 people , bright and functional, with direct access to the surrounding countryside.

La Métairie: A 49 m² cottage accommodating up to 4 people , offering peace, comfort and proximity to walking trails.

Each cottage has its own living space, equipped kitchenette, modern bathrooms and Wi-Fi access to stay connected.
