We welcome you to our Village de Gîtes, with only around fifteen gîtes, located in the South Ardèche.

Le Mas de la Grenouillère offers 17 independent , air-conditioned holiday rentals , with a beautiful swimming pool and numerous outdoor games , on beautiful natural grounds , where you will enjoy meeting up with family or friends .

We will be happy to help you discover the riches of our Ardèche region.

We will do everything we can to ensure your holiday remains unforgettable, all in a warm atmosphere with a real family spirit.

Village de Gîtes in southern Ardèche:

Our estate extends over more than 3 hectares of wooded land where the vacation rentals are pleasantly distributed over different "faïsses" (lands supported by dry stone walls).

In a friendly, family atmosphere, you will enjoy free of charge:

- a heated swimming pool (from mid-April to the end of September depending on the weather),

- a gym (bike, treadmill, weight training machine, etc.),

- a common room with billiards and table football.

- numerous outdoor games for children (slide, swing, trampolines, inflatable structure), ping-pong tables.

- a mini-farm with goats, ducks, chickens, horses, etc. which will delight children.

Small free activities are organized for adults and children such as pétanque competitions, archery, rifle shooting, Kholant'Ardèche... Rest assured: your peace and quiet will be respected, the site is calm and peaceful !

A beauty institute offering various services ( massages , nails , etc.) is located within the estate.

Inside the restaurant, we offer a selection of pizzas to take away or enjoy on site every evening during the summer season.

Additionally, every week we organize a themed meal to enrich your culinary experience.

Come discover a variety of flavors and atmospheres in our establishment!

A bread and pastries depot is also available every day , even out of season.

Ideal holiday accommodations:

All our accommodations can accommodate up to 6 people.

They were all completely renovated inside and out between 2020 and 2021.

Our gites consist of 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds , 1 sofa bed in the main room opening onto a pretty covered terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.

All our vacation rentals are air-conditioned or heated depending on the season; They are all equipped with a kitchen area (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher , fridge with freezer compartment, etc.), flat screen TV (for hire).

You have free Wi-Fi access directly in the cottage and throughout the entire estate.

Each cottage is surrounded by a green space that you can enjoy.

We recently renovated one of our cottages with a large 30m² terrace, including a private outdoor spa and a gas barbecue . You can enjoy this new feature in the shade of the oak trees and in complete serenity during your stay.

Holidays in Ardèche:

Our estate is located in the commune of Joyeuse , a 10-minute walk from the town center, a small medieval village where you will find all the shops you need for a smooth stay.

Less than 25 km from Mas de la Grenouillère, you can:

- Visit the Ardèche Gorges, Vallon Pont d'Arc,

- walk in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park.

- Visit exceptional caves , such as the Chauvet Cave (listed by UNESCO), the Aven d'Orgnac....

- Stroll through the narrow streets of many characterful villages, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France: Balazuc , Labeaume , ...

The Ardèche is particularly rich in outdoor activities , including water sports such as canoeing , rafting , fishing , etc.

You can also relax and swim in the rivers.

Hiking, mountain bikingandhorse riding are available.

Every day, you have the opportunity to wander through numerous local markets where you can taste and buy regional specialties such as picodon, charcuterie and all chestnut derivatives.

Crafts are also very developed there.
