We welcome you to our Gîte Village, with only around fifteen gîtes, located in South Ardèche.

17 independent and air-conditioned vacation rentals where you will meet up with family or friends.

We will be happy to help you discover the riches of our Ardèche region.

We will do everything we can to ensure that your vacation remains unforgettable, all in a warm atmosphere with a true family spirit.

Village of Gîtes in southern Ardèche:

Our estate extends over more than 3 hectares of wooded land where the holiday rentals are pleasantly distributed over different "faisses" (land supported by dry stone walls).

In a family and friendly atmosphere, you will enjoy free of charge:

- a heated swimming pool (from mid-April to the end of September depending on the weather),

- a gym (bike, treadmill, weight machine, etc.),

- a common room with billiards and table football.

- numerous outdoor games for children (slide, swing, trampolines, inflatable structure), ping-pong tables.

- a mini-farm with goats, ducks, chickens, horses, etc. which will delight children.

Small free activities are organized for adults and children such as pétanque competitions, archery, rifle shooting, Kholant'Ardèche... Rest assured: your peace and quiet will be respected, the site is calm and peaceful !

A beauty institute offering various services ( massages , nail salons , etc.) is present within the estate.

In the restaurant , we offer a selection of pizzas to take away or to enjoy on site every evening during the summer season.

In addition, every week we organize a themed meal to enrich your culinary experience.

Come and discover a variety of flavors and atmospheres in our establishment!

A bread and pastries store is also available every day , even out of season.

Ideal lodgings for holidays:

All our accommodation can accommodate up to 6 beds.

They have all been completely renovated inside and out between 2020 and 2021.

Our cottages consist of 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds , 1 convertible sofa in the main room opening onto a pretty covered terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.

All our vacation rentals are air-conditioned or heated depending on the season; they are all equipped with a kitchen area (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher , fridge with freezer section, etc.), flat screen TV (rental).

You have free wifi access directly in the cottage and throughout the entire area.

Each cottage is surrounded by a green space that you can enjoy.

Recently, we fitted out one of our cottages with a large 30m² terrace, we installed a private outdoor spa and a gas barbecue . You will be able to enjoy this novelty in the shade of the oaks and in complete peace of mind during your stay.

Our history :

Our names are Valérie and Olivier , living in Ardèche for 15 years: Valérie, from the Paris region, working in the medical field, and Olivier, originally from Lozère (bordering department), professional cook.

We left the Paris region in 2007 to launch into Ardèche tourism by becoming owners of a Logis de France Hotel Bar Restaurant for 5 years.

In 2012, we acquired the gîte village "Le Mas de la Grenouillère".

Since then, we have continued to improve our property by making adjustments and improvements every year.

In this adventure, we are supported by our 2 daughters, Pauline and Marion .

We have become Ardèche residents at heart and we take real pleasure in guiding our vacationers in the discovery of this wonderful region that is southern Ardèche, rich in heritage and taste.

We are committed to providing each family with a personalized welcome and conviviality in a family spirit .

Holidays in Ardèche:

Our estate is located in the town of Joyeuse , a 10-minute walk from the town center, a small medieval village where you will find all the shops essential for the smooth running of your stay.

Less than 25 km from Mas de la Grenouillère, you can:

- Visit the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Vallon Pont d'Arc,

- take a walk in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park.

- Visit exceptional caves , such as the Chauvet Cave (listed by Unesco), the Aven d'Orgnac....

- Stroll through the streets of numerous villages of character, classified among The Most Beautiful Villages of France: Balazuc , Labeaume , ...

The Ardèche is particularly rich in outdoor activities , notably the practice of water sports such as canoeing , rafting , fishing , etc.

You can also relax and swim in the rivers.

Hiking , mountain biking or horseback riding are available to you.

Every day, you have the opportunity to stroll through many local marketswhere you can taste and buy regional specialties such as picodon, charcuterie and all chestnut derivatives.

Crafts are also very developed there.

Throughout your stay, we will work to guide you so that your vacation remains exceptional and makes you want to come back .
