The Ravel domain is located 30 minutes from Alès, around 1 hour from Nîmes and the Pont du Gard .

The Cévennes stretch across four departments with diverse landscapes. The holiday village Ravel is located in Saint-Jean-du-Gard, south of the Cévennes Valleys.

The Gardons, the local rivers , carve through the schist and granite rocks, offering us majestic swimming spots. The Gardon de Mialet is only a kilometer away, the Gardon de Saint Jean, equally beautiful, is also nearby with its small canyons.

There are many hiking trails around your vacation rental to explore this beautiful, vast and dense nature with your family or with others.

Just two kilometers away in Saint Jean du Gard, there is a large market on Tuesday mornings which allows you to prepare, simmer and taste in your accommodation, Cévennes products such as pélardon cheese, chestnuts, sweet onions...

We are Marjolaine and Cédric, born here in the Cévennes, and having lived and grown up in Saint Jean du Gard, we are steeped in the cultural heritage local and Cévenol.

During your vacation in our domain, we contribute to creating a warm and friendly family atmosphere . During the high season, we guide you on hikes and introduce you to authentic and natural Cévennes products.

We are close to nature and strive to reduce our impact. Discover our apple juice production and other local specialties at the Ravel bar. We define ourselves as tourism artisans .

Our natural domain

Far from the hustle and bustle, your rental is surrounded by nature, nestled among pine and chestnut trees. Our estate spans three hectares in the heart of the southern Cévennes in Saint-Jean-du-Gard.

You will enjoy numerous facilities in the holiday village, the indoor swimming pool is heated in low season, children's play areas, sports grounds, ping-pong tables, table football, etc.

We also organize activities for the whole family on site, such as archery and other friendly tournaments.

The communal barbecue that we organize in high season allows young and old to come together to share warm moments during your vacation and to get to know each other.

Our accommodations

Our cottages are identical; they all have two bedrooms; the layout may vary slightly from one to the next. The decor is the same. We offer three rental options for your vacation: a two-bedroom cottage, an air-conditioned cottage, and a cottage with a jacuzzi.

Choose the rental that suits you best to enjoy your vacation . Your cottage is of course fully equipped, including the kitchen.
