During your stay, you’ll have access to gîtes with fully renovated rooms that will enable you to accommodate all the members of your group on site, as well as common areas, lounges, equipped rooms…
We also offer adapted services throughout your stay, catering, various activities…
Accommodation
At Le Pré Marin, you’ll have access to 16 gîtes with 1 or 2 bedrooms, making a total of 24 rooms. These can be configured as 1 double bed or 2 single beds depending on demand.
All accommodations include:
- 1 living room with fully equipped open kitchen
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate toilet (in 2-bedroom gîtes)
- 1 large furnished terrace
- 1 Nordic bath arranged on the terrace of 6 of them
Accommodation rates include:
- the housekeeping package
- towels
- bed linen (beds made on arrival)
- free access to the parkings
- bath products (hand soap, shampoo and shower gel)
- the courtesy tray
- access to the jgarden with trees and the terrain de pétanque
Reception area: stable and glass roof
These 2 connected spaces will enable you to give several dimensions to your reception (cocktails, buffets, banquets, dancing…) and to personalize them at will!
This 120 M2 space belongs to you for the duration of your weekend, and you can shape it with complete freedom (decoration, entertainment…).
– L’écurie: this room (a converted former stable) has a capacity of around 30 people (65 M2). It is equipped with a large bar counter and bar furniture (for a more lounge atmosphere).
It also has a large giant screen. You’ll also find activity equipment: ping-pong table, dart board, table soccer, board games, library… or mange-debout (for the aperitif area, for example).
– The glass roof: this room has a capacity of around 40 people (55 M2).The glass roof has direct access to the reception room, so it can be dedicated to the catering part, setting up tables and buffets.
You’ll also find a large pellet stove, which can warm up those slightly chilly mornings or evenings.
The glass roof has direct access to the terrace and can allow for a very nice “inside/outside” atmosphere!
– The small pro kitchen:
Directly accessible from the stable, this room contains: 1 large fridge, 1 4-burner gas piano + oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, sink, freezer, work surfaces…

We offer breakfasts of local and artisanal products to be taken together in the glass roof as a buffet:

- Butters (sweet and semi-salted)
