In a few pedal strokes, the nature and the Lotois heritage are offered to you … between causse and valley, between Lot and Célé, it’s you who chooses !

Lionel advises you a course in mountain bike or VTC with electric assistance to measure, as close as possible to your desires. Tandem and child bike also available.

A mere 20mn from the Grange du Héron, a village of cottages between Lot and Aveyron, let yourself be guided, the GPS route is pre-registered!

For the VTC

A shaded family route will take you to discover the Lantouy chasm, stop in the shade near the chasm for a picnic and enjoy the swim!
A route along the water will take you to discover the Lot valley until St Cirq Lapopie and you will return by the Célé valley
A route to discover the Lot will allow you to admire it thanks to its 5 points of view such as the jump of the Mounine, the cross of the Belgians or the castle of St Pierre Toirac (visit of the castle possible)
A “heritage” course is also proposed to you with the visit of the Castle of Cénevières

For mountain bikes

Choose your course according to its color: green and blue for a discovery ride, red and black for more seasoned mountain bikers.

All equipment is provided. Hire by ½ day, full day or over several days.
