Discover the Village de Gîtes " Meriva " and the Ardèche !
Located in the south of the Ardèche, near Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche Gorges and the Chauvet Cave, our Meriva holiday village is ideally situated to discover and enjoy the region at your own pace, according to your wishes and in any season.
You can stay here with your family, friends or in a group. We will be happy to welcome you in a family and friendly atmosphere. The village
Our accommodation, gîtes, chalets or caravans are equipped with all the comforts you need for an excellent holiday.
On site, from April to the end of September, you will enjoy a pleasant water park with heated swimming pools (25° to 28° depending on the weather) equipped with a double slide, a balneo area, a paddling pool and large beaches with deckchairs.
At MERIVA, children are kings: a play structure, trampolines, huts and large enclosed areas will allow them to have fun in complete safety.
The older ones will find in the reception room a table tennis table, billiards, table football, pinball machine, board games...The region
The privileged geographical situation of the Meriva will allow you to easily discover the southern Ardèche: Balazuc, Labeaume, Vinezac, Voguë... Our villages of character will make you love stone and history.
For nature lovers, the Ardèche Gorges Nature Reserve and the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park are areas to explore and discover on foot.
Not forgetting the many caves that nature has shaped over the millennia or the Chauvet Cave, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its 36,000-year-old paintings!
ActivitiesThe Ardèche is also known for its nature sports! Take a canoe trip down the Ardèche or the Chassezac, or go hiking in the magnificent natural landscape. Take advantage of cycling, mountain biking or why not a scooter, to ride the many marked trails or cycle paths that criss-cross the southern Ardèche. If you like swimming in rivers, there are many places to dive or jump into the warm waters of the southern Ardèche. And, for those in search of adrenaline, caving, canyoning, Via Ferrata or climbing await you during your stay in the Ardèche!
If you are interested in a more gastronomic or oenological stay, you will enjoy good restaurants and will be able to taste the Ardèche wines, which have become popular alongside chestnuts and goat's cheese. The local markets will also be an opportunity to discover many small villages around, Ruoms, Joyeuses, Les Vans, Largentière... where you will be able to taste and stock up on local products.Your hosts
"We will be happy to welcome you, advise you and inform you about our magnificent region. Our wish is that you will have an unforgettable stay and that you will leave with only one desire, to come back...
See you soon at the Meriva,
Catherine & Stéphane
